100% Recyclable and Sustainable Packaging

Your precious paper products require reliable protection against creasing or rips which could otherwise occur during transit and these cylindrical tubes are the perfect solution. By utilising our size guide, you can select a tube that encases your item tightly, preventing movement within the package and ensuring that the goods arrive in the exact condition in which you packed them. Rest assured that the kraft construction is strong and tear-resistant, safeguarding against any damages. All our cylinders are supplied with white polyethylene end caps to further secure the contents and provide a safe passage without the need for any additional tape.

It is worth noting that these caps will marginally reduce the overall usable length of the postal tubes. Therefore, we have included the lengths of each end cap in the table below which should be subtracted from the lengths provided for the tubes in order to calculate the length that can be filled.

We ship our products to the majority of destinations worldwide. If your country isn’t listed on our 'Worldwide Shipping' list please contact us at webuilttheworld@better.agency and we'll do our best to facilitate your order.

Tracking your orders

Based on the nature of the products and the individual printing process, we aim to dispatch your orders within 5-7 working days of the order being placed. We will supply you with a tracking number so that you can check the status of your order at any time. 

Shipping Taxes

Shipping is not inclusive of any taxes, duties or import fees that may be charged when a package reaches its destination country. All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customers outside the UK are exempt from UK value-added tax when shopping on our site. Prices are shown for UK and tax-free checkout.

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and it is in undamaged and sellable condition. Products purchased as gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser; alternatively we can provide credit to the gift recipient in the form of a discount code. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returning items to us, or refund the original postage cost. For international returns we will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items.

We will aim to process your return as soon as it arrives, although it can take up to a week for us to process a return during busy periods. During these periods it’s not possible to confirm receipt of your package prior to being processed. You can always contact us for any return questions at webuilttheworld@better.agency. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
